Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Richard founded BBVG in 2000 with a vision of building a group of diverse, community-centered businesses. With a background spanning finance, real estate, and nonprofit leadership, he brings a rare blend of business acumen and social conscience to everything BBVG does. He believes deeply that the purpose of enterprise is to serve — customers, communities, and future generations.
